For coaches

Your clients, making
progress between sessions.

Gevity isn't a coaching platform. It's the app your clients use to stay consistent — and it gives you just enough visibility to make a difference, without becoming another tool to manage.

Coach tools are rolling out through our private beta — here's what's coming.

Two ways to connect.

Either party can initiate — whatever works for how you and your clients operate.

You invite them

Send your clients a link

From your coach dashboard, generate a personal invite link. When your client signs up through it, they're connected to you automatically — with your default permissions already in place.

Good for coaches onboarding a new client cohort all at once.
They invite you

Your client connects you

A client who's already using Gevity can share a link that brings you in as their coach. You'll get a notification, accept the connection, and you're in — with the same default permissions.

Good for clients who found Gevity on their own and want to loop you in.
How much access?

Suggest. Or push.
Your client decides.

When a client connects with you, you get two things by default: visibility into their workouts, and the ability to suggest adjustments.

A suggestion is exactly what it sounds like — a note attached to a specific exercise that says something like "try bumping this to 185 next time." Your client sees it in the app and during their workout. One tap to accept, one tap to skip.

If a client trusts you to just make the call, they can give you auto-apply access — your adjustments go straight into their plan without requiring approval. They'll still see what changed and why, so there are no surprises mid-workout.

Visibility
See workout history, consistency, and progress. Default for all connections.
💬
Suggest
Attach notes and recommended adjustments. Client approves each one. Default for all connections.
Auto-apply
Your changes go straight into the plan. Client-controlled — they turn this on if they want it.

Clients can adjust or revoke any permission at any time. And if they ever want to disconnect, one tap removes your access entirely — no awkward conversation required.

Community

Encouragement, not
competition.

Gevity has a social layer — but it's a small one, by design. Your clients can connect with friends and family, share workouts, and cheer each other on.

What they won't see in someone else's feed: rep counts, weights, or anything that turns consistency into a contest. Just the fact that their friend showed up today — and a way to say something about it.

For you as a coach, this means your clients have a small support system around them between sessions. People who notice when they miss a week. That matters more than any feature you could build.

"You'll see when your clients show up. Not how much they lifted — just that they did. And you can leave a note that says so."

Rep counts and weights are never visible to others. Just the fact that they showed up.

You're a user too.

Every coach on Gevity has a full user account. Track your own workouts, run your own 90-day plan, get your own playful stats. Use Gevity the same way your clients do — or don't, and just use the coach tools. Either way works.
