By creating a Gevity account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms form a contract between you and Adalia Works, the company behind Gevity.
Gevity is a tool for tracking workouts and building consistency over time. It is not a medical service, a personal training service, or a substitute for professional fitness or health advice.
The workout suggestions, rep and weight targets, and dial-back recommendations Gevity provides are general tools — not personalised medical or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or significantly changing an exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition or injury.
Free plan: Available to everyone at no cost. The free plan is supported by advertising. On the iOS app, ads are served through Apple's AdKit platform. You can use Gevity on the free plan indefinitely.
Paid plan: An ad-free upgrade is available by subscription. Pricing is displayed in the app. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Gevity allows users to connect with coaches and grant them varying levels of access to their workout data. A few things to understand:
Your workout data belongs to you. By using Gevity, you give us a licence to store, process, and display it to operate the app and any features you've enabled (such as sharing with a coach or a friend).
We don't claim ownership of your data and don't use it for anything beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
Don't use Gevity to:
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Gevity is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adalia Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gevity, including but not limited to injury resulting from following workout suggestions in the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose — or $10, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
